"Then know this, you and all the people of Israel: It
is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified
but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before
you healed. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is
no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be
saved."
It
has been 3 years in my life that I found the best doctor which
is Jesus. I am very much confident to fully proclaim all the
art works of Jesus in saving my life from different sicknesses
and for giving me the gift of faith. I am very happy to tell
the goodness of the Lord to all nations. Jesus is the name
that serves as my shield and protection from sickness. Jesus
is the very sweet name the serves as my solid rock where I
can seek refuge from troubles, pains and problems. I am very
much thankful to Jesus giving the grace of extra ordinary
faith as I reached to the point of making Him as my one and
only doctor for almost 3 years now.
Lately,
I was attacked with hypertension. I am suffering high blood
pressure for several years already. I had medication. Three
years had past until at present, I take not the medicine anymore
but the words of God in the Bible and prayers with faith.
After I became a member of Catholic Charismatic Renewal Movement
Healing Ministry, I experienced tremendous healing from different
illness by prayers alone. I witnessed also before my very
own eyes the wonderful healing came from God as my neighbors
healed from different sickness as they draw near to god in
prayer.
We
are very much privilege that our barrio has a daily prayer
meeting conducted by the catholic Charismatic Healing Ministry.
I became active in joining such activity. As I draw near to
God in prayer, I grow in faith also. I hear different kinds
of testimonies from my neighbors that God heals them. I also
experienced it as I was suffering hypertension. Last two weeks,
I felt so weak. I had a head ache, I felt so dizzy. I told
my daughter to check my blood pressure. We found out that
my blood pressure was very high. I automatically went to the
house of our neighbors who led our prayers and ask her prayer
support. We gathered altogether in prayer. After we prayed,
I felt so light, the pains were gone and I felt so relaxed.
It was an instant healing. The words of god James 5: 13 -
16 are indeed true. I was attacked several times and I seek
healing in prayers all the time. God never fails me for I
found immediate healing in prayer. I observed instant healing
as I ask prayer support and in prayer healing is quick rather
than taking medications. I can really attest that with God
healing is always available as soon as we call Him in prayer
and as long as we believe. I experienced it several times
already that is why I directly seek healing in prayer every
time there is permitted sickness that will happen in our family.
I am very proud to say that Jesus became our great physician
for three years already. I am very much thankful to God for
such a wonderful grace of healing and faith He bestowed to
us. It is not bad to take medications. It is also an instrument
of healing, but for me that I found quick healing in prayer,
I seek not the medicine anymore but the words of God in the
Bible. If sickness will occur, I automatically grab the Bible,
read several chapters in the book of Psalm; I sung praises
songs to the Lord and cast out all sickness in Jesus name.
That is our very simple yet very effective medication. It
was really proven in my life for three years already. It is
God's formula of healing not just our body but healing of
our souls also. As I experienced healing from sickness, I
noticed that there were changes in my life in terms of faith
in God, behavior and way of life. I became closer to God.
For me it was really a great grace I received from God, the
grace of faith, healing and salvation. Now I am in the grace
of serving the Lord. I am very much thankful to Jesus for
the wonderful healing I got from Him, the healing of my body
and soul. Thank you also to Sunday Post for this column. The
great love of Jesus and His power to heal and save is widely
