Petition for review of
rape case filed to DOJ


The petition for review filed by the parents of rape-slay victim Vivian Dumaluan said there are similarities in her case with the Aquino assassination, the Vizconde massacre and the Chiong sisters rape-slay cases.

The petitioner cited the similarities in disputing the findings of the omnibus resolution finding star witness Alex Dasco's explanation for his delay in reporting the knowledge of the crime as "flimsy and unjustifiable".

BJMP-BDRC management MOA
slated for signing in September
