PhilHealth giving away
P50T cash, gift items

 

PHILHEALTH Regional Office VII will be giving away a total of P50,000 in cash and gift items in celebration of its 13th anniversary.

The local PhilHealth office has relaunched the Member-Get-Member promo where prizes will be given away to members who can recruit the most number of individuals into PhilHealth's Individually-Paying Program (IPP).

Each calendar quarter, 13 members will win prizes for successfully enrolling the most number of individually-paying members (IPMs).

The top three recruiters will take home cash prizes and 10 others will be given gift items from PhilHealth.

Promo period runs from Jan 1 to Sept 30 and is open to all PhilHealth members.

Thirteen winners each from the provinces of Cebu, Bohol and Oriental Negros will be awarded each quarter.

To join, the member-recruiter must be an active PhilHealth member. For paying member-recruiters, proof of his updated premium payment must be presented (MI-5/official receipt for individually-paying members and RF-1 and ME-5 for employed members) together with the processed M1b, member data record (MDR) and MI-5/official receipt of his new recruits.

For non-paying member-recruiters, bring the non-paying member ID or MDR (if lifetime member) or the family health card, MDR or certificate of eligibility (if sponsored member), and present it together with the documents of the new recruits.

Metro Cebu participants may register their entries at the membership section of the regional office at the 6th Floor, Golden Peak Hotel, Gorordo Ave. corner Escario St., Cebu City; or at the 2nd Level, SM City-Cebu, Business Service Center.

For north Cebu, registration may be done at the PhilHealth service office in Danao City located at Rizal St., and for south Cebu, the Carcar City service office at Brgy. Perrelos.

Entries from the province of Bohol may be submitted at the service offices in Tagbilaran City and Talibon; and for Oriental Negros, there are service offices in the cities of Dumaguete and Bais.
