bull here is the nagging drainage issue and Mayor Dan Neri Lim needed no pomp
and fanfare to grab it by the horn and sent the same to extinction.

happened on a rainy day Friday where residents along CPG North Avenue particularly

started off with something suspicious, if not cynical. Who ordered the closure
of the outfall, that's hard to tell by this time. While Rep. Edgar Chatto's name
cropped up once during a meeting, the first district solon has since denied he
