As Capitol shots down allegations of irregularity in
P168M heavy equipment buy

Gov. Erico Aumentado yesterday broke his silence to give a piece of his mind in the raging controversy over the bidding of P168 million worth of heavy equipment.

The governor entered into the fray after he learned that a Japanese bidder was creating ripples in questioning the conduct of the bidding.

The bidder through lawyer Salvador Grupo even went to the extent of
citing allegations of manipulation of the bidding to favor an interested party.
